Hotel Reservation Procedures for ICRMHT-2027 Delegates
Delegates attending the ICRMHT-2027 conferences and meetings may be eligible for special accommodation terms in Senegal. To facilitate hotel reservations under these terms, delegates are requested to follow the procedures outlined below.
Hotel Reservations: Delegates must make their reservations directly with Hotel De LuisTomas, without using an intermediary such as a travel agency or airline.
Booking Confirmation: Delegates must confirm their reservations by submitting the hotel’s designated confirmation form by mail or fax, as applicable, and completing the required payment.
Reservation Code: A reservation code will be provided upon confirmation of the booking and receipt of the required payment.
Proof of Conference Attendance: Upon check-in, delegates may be required to present proof of participation in the ICRMHT-2027 conference, such as an official invitation letter or conference identification badge.
Transportation Information: Please contact the hotel management directly to confirm whether a complimentary transportation card is available, its terms of use, and the public transportation services covered during your stay.
Important Notice: Delegates are advised to obtain written confirmation of all accommodation arrangements, payment requirements, and transportation benefits directly from the hotel before making payment.
Accommodation
ACCOMMODATION AND HOTEL ARRANGEMENTS
The Organizing Committee of the International Conference on Refugees, Migration and Human Trafficking: shall, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and successful registration, assume responsibility for the hotel accommodation of duly registered participants attending the , Canada phase of the Conference. Accommodation arrangements shall be made in accordance with the policies, availability, and funding provisions established by the Organizing Committee.
For the Dakar, Senegal phase of the Conference, each registered delegate shall be responsible for making and paying for their own hotel accommodation and related lodging expenses. This arrangement is due to the limited availability of sponsorship funding and the inability of the Conference’s partner organizations to secure sufficient financial resources to provide accommodation sponsorship for the anticipated number of delegates attending both conference venues.
